10 Messages From GOD
I saw this on a website. No matter what your religion, it is nice to read.
1. QUIT WORRYING:Life has dealt you a blow and all you do is sit and worry. Have youforgotten that I am here to take all your burdens and carry them foryou? Or do you just enjoy fretting over every little thing that comesyour way?
2. PUT IT ON THE LIST:Something needs done or taken care of. Put it on the list. No, not YOURlist. Put it on MY to-do-list. Let ME be the one to take care of theproblem. I can't help you until you turn it over to Me. And although Myto-do-list is long, I am after all... God. I can take care of anythingyou put into My hands. In fact, if the truth were ever really known, Itake care of a lot of things for you that you never even realize.
3. TRUST ME:Once you've given your burdens to Me, quit trying to take them back.Trust in Me. Have the faith that I will take care of all your needs, your problems and your trials. Problems with the kids? Put them on Mylist. Problem with finances? Put it on My list. Problems with youremotional roller coaster? For My sake, put it on My list. I want tohelp you. All you have to do is ask.
4. LEAVE IT ALONE:Don't wake up one morning and say, "Well, I'm feeling much strongernow, I think I can handle it from here." Why do you think you arefeeling stronger now? It's simple. You gave Me your burdens and I'mtaking care of them. I also renew your strength and cover you in mypeace. Don't you know that if I give you these problems back, you willbe right back where you started? Leave them with Me and forget aboutthem. Just let Me do my job.
5. TALK TO ME:I want you to forget a lot of things. Forget what was making you crazy.Forget the worry and the fretting because you know I'm in control. Butthere's one thing I pray you never forget. Please, don't forget to talkto Me - OFTEN! I love YOU! I want to hear your voice. I want you toinclude Me in on the things going on in your life. I want to hear youtalk about your friends and family. Prayer is simply you having aconversation with Me. I want to be your dearest friend.
6. HAVE FAITH:I see a lot of things from up here that you can't see from where youare. Have faith in Me that I know what I'm doing. Trust Me; youwouldn't want the view from My eyes. I will continue to care for you, watch over you, and meet your needs. You only have to trust Me.Although I have a much bigger task than you, it seems as if you have somuch trouble just doing your simple part. How hard can trust be?
7. SHARE:You were taught to share when you were only two years old. When did youforget? That rule still applies. Share with those who are lessfortunate than you. Share your joy with those who need encouragement.Share your laughter with those who haven't heard any in such a longtime. Share your tears with those who have forgotten how to cry. Shareyour faith with those who have none.
8. BE PATIENT:I managed to fix it so in just one lifetime you could have so manydiverse experiences. You grow from a child to an adult, have children, change jobs many times, learn many trades, travel to so many places, meet thousands of people, and experience so much. How can you be soimpatient then when it takes Me a little longer than you expect tohandle something on My to-do-list? Trust in My timing, for My timing isperfect. Just because I created the entire universe in only six days, everyone thinks I should always rush, rush, rush.
9. BE KIND:Be kind to others, for I love them just as much as I love you. They may not dresslike you, or talk like you, or live the same way you do, but I stilllove you all. Please try to get along, for My sake. I created each ofyou different in some way. It would be too boring if you were allidentical. Please, know I love each of your differences.
10. LOVE YOURSELF:As much as I love you, how can you not love yourself? You were createdby me for one reason only -- to be loved, and to love in return. I am aGod of Love. Love Me. Love your neighbors. But also love yourself. Itmakes My heart ache when I see you so angry with yourself when thingsgo wrong. You are very precious to me, Don't ever forget.

This is the story of Robby.
He was a young boy who lived with his elderlyMother. His mother wanted him to learn how to play the piano because sheLonged to hear her son play for her. She sent her son to a piano teacher who Took Robby in under her guidance.
However, there was one small problemBecause Robby was not musically inclined and therefore was very slow inLearning.
The teacher did not have much faith in the boy because of hisWeakness. The mother was very enthusiastic and every week she would sendRobby to the teacher .
One day Robby stopped attending the piano lessons. The teacher thought thatHe had given up and in fact she was quite pleased since she did not giveMuch hope to Robby. Not long after, the piano teacher was given the task toOrganize a piano concert in town. She sent out circulars to invite theStudents and public to attend the event.
Suddenly, she received a call fromRobby who offered to take part in the concert. The teacher told Robby that He was not good enough and that he was no longer a student since he hadStopped coming for lessons.
Robby begged her to give him a chance andPromised that he would not let her down.
Finally, she gave in and she put him to play last, hoping that he willChange his mind at the last minute. When the big day came, the hall wasPacked and the children gave their best performance. Finally ,
It was Robby'sTurn to play and as his name was announced, he walked in. He was not in Proper attire and his hair was not properly groomed.
The teacher was reallyNervous since Robby's performance could spoil the whole evening's brilliant Performance.
As Robby started playing the crowd became silent and was amazedAt the skill of this little boy. In fact, he gave the best performance of The evening. At the end of his presentation the crowd and the piano teacherGave him a standing ovation. The crowd asked Robby how he managed to play so Brilliantly.
With a microphone in front of him, he said, "I was not able toAttend the weekly piano lessons as there was no one to send me because myMother was sick with cancer. She just passed away this morning and I wanted Her to hear me play. You see, this is the first time she is able to hear mePlay because when she was alive she was deaf and now I know she is listeningTo me. I have to play my best for her!"

Love
The article is focused on Love. And Love is what this world needs so badly in these days of violence and strife. If we cultivate love in our personal lives and radiate outwardly the peace and joy within our hearts, we can have a collective positive effect globally.
WHAT IS LOVE?
Love is our greatest need. Is it our highest most fulfilling state? Do we really love or are we simply attached to, dentified with or dependent upon the persons we "love" Is our love free and unconditional, or is it mixed with various needs, conditions and demands? What is unconditional love? Is it possible for us to cultivate it?What is the difference between love and attachment? How can we determine whether what we feel is love or attachment? How can we purify our love and move into ahigher level of consciousness? These are some of the many questions that we need to answer in order to create happiness.Defining LoveLove is a very difficult word to define, perhaps because its reality approaches spiritual dimensions, which are beyond time and space, and thus, our comprehension.Love is perhaps more easily described by what it is not. Love is not fear, hurt, pain, jealousy, bitterness, hate, separateness, lust, attachment, aggressiveness, ego-enteredness, indifference, possessiveness, suppression - the list goes on.Love, like God, peace and other spiritual realities, can be perceived more easily through the effects that it creates. We cannot see the wind, but we can see its effects, such as the leaves moving, branches swaying, or the sound of air rushing. We know wind exists by its various side effects. We know there is a Creator because we perceive its effect - creation itself. What then are the effects of love?Love creates feelings of unity. We feel toward others as we feel towards ourselves. We are as interested in their welfare, happiness, success, health and spiritual growth as much as we are about our own. Loving others means wanting them to be happy in whatever ways they are guided to their happiness. It breeds understanding, compassion, forgiveness, happiness, excitement, peace, joy, fulfillment and a desire to be helpful in any way we can. Love is expansion beyond our ego limitations. It is the ability to identify with the other, to let go of our self-interest and personal needs enough to really hear and understand the others needs and interests. It means caring enough to sacrifice, when necessary, our own pleasures and desires when the others needs are obviously more important.Love is the force that brings about unity and harmony. It is the "glue" of the universe. It helps persons with different egos, desires, programmings and needs to overcome all those potentially repelling forces and unite.Love needs not so much to be learned or cultivated, but rather released or brought from within us to the surface. We are love. Our basic nature is love. However, our ignorance, fear and attachment have buried it so deeply within us that it is sometimes difficult to summon or maintain. Loving others steadily, independently of their behavior, is not an easyachievement.Love versus NeedThe power of attraction which we call love is expressed on many levels and in countless ways. The most basic level is that of need. We often use the word love when we really mean, "need".We say, "I love you." But, if we analyze ourselves deeply, we will realize learn we really mean, "I need you." This is the basic message of most love songs. They lament with sadness, pain, agony and cry out "you left me, I cannot live without you. I need you."This is not the highest form of love. It is love mixed with need, attachment and addiction. If it were pure love and the other was happier by leaving us or even happier with someone else, we would be happy for him or her, not full of sadness for ourselves. Loving others means wanting them to be happy, healthy and successful in the ways thatthey are guided to be.Love does not create the pain we feel when someone leaves us or rejects us. That pain is generated by our dependency upon that person for our security, pleasure or affirmation.Needs and attachments create fear, pain and suffering. Love creates happiness, fulfillment and the experience of our True Selves. How to Love Yourself?Stop All Criticism - Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.Don't Scare Yourself - Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It's a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure (mine is yellow roses), and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought.Be Gentle And Kind And Patient - Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learnthe new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved. Is Kind To Your Mind - Self hatred is only hating your own thoughts.Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change your thoughts.Praise Yourself - Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing.Support Yourself - Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it.Be Loving To Your Negatives - Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need. Now, you are finding new, positive ways to fulfill those needs. So, lovingly release the old negative patterns.Take Care Of Your Body - Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in.Mirror Work - Look into your eyes often. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into the mirror. Talk to your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive them too. At least once a day say: "I love you, I really love you."Love Yourself.Do It Now - Don't wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship.Begin now -- and do the best you can.

Cup or Coffee
Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups -porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite - telling them to help themselves to hot coffee.
When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the professor said: "If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up,leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups and were eyeing each other's cups.
Now if life is coffee, then the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, but the quality of Life doesn't change. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee in it."

Although making resolutions to improve your financial situation is a good thing to do at any time of year, many people find it easier at the beginning of a new year. Regardless of when you begin, the basics remain the same. Here are my top ten keys to getting ahead financially.
1. Get paid what you’re worth and Spend Less Than You Earn
It sounds simplistic, but many people struggle with this first basic rule. Make sure you know what your job is worth in the marketplace, by conducting an evaluation of your skills, productivity, job tasks, contribution to the company, and the going rate, both inside and outside the company, for what you do. Being underpaid even a thousand dollars a year can have a significant cumulative effect over the course of your working life.
No matter how much or how little you're paid, you'll never get ahead if you spend more than you earn.
Often it's easier to spend less than it is to earn more, and a little cost-cutting effort in a number of areas can result in big savings. It doesn't always have to involve making big sacrifices.
2. Stick to a Budget
One of my favorite subjects: budgeting. It's not a four-letter word. How can you know where your money is going if you don't budget? How can you set spending and saving goals if you don't know where your money is going? You need a budget whether you make thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.
3. Pay off Credit Card Debt
Credit card debt is the number one obstacle to getting ahead financially. Those little pieces of plastic are so easy to use, and it's so easy to forget that it's real money we're dealing with when we whip them out to pay for a purchase, large or small. Despite our good resolves to pay the balance off quickly, the reality is that we often don't, and end up paying far more for things than we would have paid if we had used cash.
4. Contribute to a Retirement Plan
If your employer has a ppf plan and you don't contribute to it, you're walking away from one of the best deals out there. Ask your employer if they have a ppf plan (or similar plan), and sign up today. If you're already contributing, try to increase your contribution. If your employer doesn't offer a retirement plan, consider an Investment.
5. Have a Savings Plan
You've heard it before: Pay yourself first! If you wait until you've met all your other financial obligations before seeing what's left over for saving, chances are you'll never have a healthy savings account or investments. Resolve to set aside a minimum of 5% to 10% of your salary for savings BEFORE you start paying your bills. Better yet, have money automatically deducted from your paycheck and deposited into a separate account.
6. Invest!
If you're contributing to a retirement plan and a savings account and you can still manage to put some money into other investments, all the better.
7. Maximize Your Employment Benefits
Make sure you're maximizing yours and taking advantage of the ones that can save you money by reducing taxes or out-of-pocket expenses.
8. Review Your Insurance Coverage
Too many people are talked into paying too much for life and disability insurance, whether it's by adding these coverage to car loans, buying whole-life insurance policies when term-life makes more sense, or buying life insurance when you have no dependents. On the other hand, it's important that you have enough insurance to protect your dependents and your income in the case of death or disability.
9. Update Your Will
70% of us don't have a will. If you have dependents, no matter how little or how much you own, you need a will. If your situation isn't too complicated you can even do your own with software like WillMaker from Nolo Press. Protect your loved ones. Write a will.
10. Keep Good Records
If you don't keep good records, you're probably not claiming all your allowable income tax deductions and credits. Set up a system now and use it all year. It's much easier than scrambling to find everything at tax time, only to miss items that might have saved you money.
Aloe Vera

loe vera (syn. A. barbadensis Mill., A. vulgaris Lam.) is a species of Aloe, native to northern Africa.
It is a stemless or very short-stemmed succulent plant growing to 80-100 cm tall, spreading by offsets and root sprouts. The leaves are lanceolate, thick and fleshy, green to grey-green, with a serrated margin. The flowers are produced on a spike up to 90 cm tall, each flower pendulous, with a yellow tubular corolla 2-3 cm long.
Cultivation
Aloe vera is relatively easy to care for in cultivation in frost-free climates. The species requires well-drained sandy potting soil in moderate light. If planted in pot or other containers ensure sufficient drainage with drainage holes. The use of a good quality commercial potting mix to which extra perlite, granite grit, or coarse sand are added is recommended. Alternatively, pre-packaged 'cacti and succulent mixes' may also be used. Potted plants should be allowed to completely dry prior to re-watering. During winter, Aloe vera may become dormant, during which little moisture is required. In areas that receive frost or snow the species is best kept indoors or in heated glasshouses.
Aloe vera has a long history of cultivation throughout the drier tropical and subtropical regions of the world, both as an ornamental plant and for herbal medicine. For its herbal and medicinal uses, many of which are shared with related species.
Food preservative
Researchers at the University of Miguel Hernández in Alicante, Spain, have developed a gel based on Aloe vera that prolongs the conservation of fresh produce, such as fresh fruit and legumes. This gel is tasteless, colourless and odourless. This natural product is a safe and environmentally friendly alternative to synthetic preservatives such as sulfur dioxide. The study showed that grapes at 1°C coated with this gel could be preserved for 35 days against 7 days for untreated grapes. According to the researchers, this gel operates through a combination of mechanics (Serrano et al., 2006), forming a protective layer against the oxygen and moisture of the air and inhibiting, through its various antibiotic and antifungal compounds, the action of micro-organisms that cause foodborne illnesses.
Medicinal uses
Aloe vera has been used externally to treat various skin conditions such as cuts, burns and eczema. It is alleged that sap from Aloe vera eases pain and reduces inflammation. Evidence on the effects of Aloe vera sap on wound, however, healing is contradictory (Vogler and Ernst, 1999). A study performed in the 1990s showed that the healing time of a moderate to severe burn was reduced when the wound was treated on a regular basis with Aloe vera gel, compared to the healing of the wound covered in a gauze bandage (Farrar, 2005). In contrast, another study suggested wounds to which Aloe vera gel was applied were significantly slower to heal (Schmidt and Greenspoon, 1991).
Aloe vera's beneficial properties may be attributed to mucopolysaccharides present in the inner gel of the leaf, especially acemannan (acetylated mannans). An injectable form of acemannan manufactured and marketed by Carrington Laboratories as Acemannan Immunostimulant™ has been approved in the USA for treatment of fibrosarcoma (a type of cancer) in dogs and cats after clinical trials. It has not been approved for use by humans, and although it is not a drug its sale is controlled and it can only be obtained through a veterinary doctor.
Cosmetic companies add sap or other derivatives from Aloe vera to products such as makeup, moisturisers, soaps, sunscreens, shampoos and lotions, though the effectiveness of Aloe vera in these produces remains unknown. Aloe vera gel is also alleged to be useful for dry skin conditions, especially eczema around the eyes and sensitive facial skin.
An article published in the British Journal of General Practice suggests that Aloe vera is effective at treating athlete's foot. The topical application of Aloe vera is not an effective preventative for radiation-induced injuries.
Whether or not it promotes wound healing is unknown, and even though there are some promising results, clinical effectiveness of oral or topical Aloe vera remains unclear at present.
Mindset
I saw a trainer near by and asked why these beautiful, magnificent animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away.
"Well," he said, "when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it's enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free."
I was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn't, they were stuck right where they were.
Like the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before?

Be Thankful
Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire. If you did, what would there be to look forward to?
Be thankful when you don't know something,For it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times.During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations,Because they give you opportunities for improvement.
Be thankful for each new challenge,Because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes. They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you're tired and weary,Because it means you've made a difference.
It's easy to be thankful for the good things.A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks.Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive.Find a way to be thankful for your troubles,And they can become your blessings.

Believe in Breakfast
Break the fast
After a good night's rest, your blood sugar or glucose level is low. Skipping breakfast allows the body to stay in the hibernation-like state, which burns only minimal calories.
Believe it or not, you can actually lose weight by eating breakfast because the food in your stomach boosts your metabolism.
It's true, your body needs to get its metabolism revved up, and the only way to do it is with a nutritious meal. Kick start that engine with a healthy breakfast and you will help keep blood sugar and hormone levels stable while your metabolism hums along at a higher level, burning more calories.
Advice based on science
I'm not a breakfast eater, and neither are 95% of overweight individuals. But science suggests that we would benefit if we adopted the habits of people who eat breakfast and have proved to be more effective in managing their weight.
The National Weight Control Registry, a center that tracks individuals who have lost 30 pounds and kept it off for a year, found most successful losers start the day with breakfast.
A recent study at Vanderbilt University found that women who ate breakfast were better able to stick to their diets and lost more weight that those who skipped breakfast and cheated on their diets.
Stop those cravings
The advantage of a healthy breakfast is that it can stabilize the hormones and blood sugar levels to prevent potential bingeing and overeating during the day. It might give you the power to pass on those doughnuts in the break room.
You can do it!
Not eating breakfast is just a bad habit that needs breaking! Start simple, try a small meal or meal replacement, then gradually experiment with a variety of foods that appeal to you. It is important that the meal contain complex carbohydrates, protein, and a little fat so that it keeps you satisfied until lunch.
Sample meals
Bowl of whole grain bran cereal, skim milk, and sliced banana
One egg, whole wheat toast, and glass or orange juice
Two pancakes, blueberries, and café au lait
1/2 bagel with peanut or almond butter and glass grapefruit juice
Small bran muffin with raisins and glass of skim milk
Low-fat yogurt and a small bowl of low-fat granola
Checking your weight less often can mean that you might wake up one morning and discover that you gained 10 pounds. That can be pretty discouraging, and it might cause you to just give up.
Remember
Breakfast does not need to take a lot of time. You can save time by setting out everything you need the night before. All you need is an extra 10 minutes, and if that is all it takes to help you be slimmer and healthier, isn't it worth it?
Be creative -- breakfast can be last night's leftovers or a fruit smoothie. Just do it!
All About WD40

All about WD40 ? Water Displacement #40. The product began from a search for a rust preventative solvent and degreaser to protect missile parts. WD-40 was created in 1953 by three technicians at the San Diego Rocket Chemical Company. Its name comes from the project that was to find a "water displacement" compound. They were successful with the fortieth formulation, thus WD-40. The Corvair Company bought it in bulk to protect their atlas missile parts. Ken East (one of the original founders) says there is nothing in WD-40 that would hurt you. When you read the "shower door" part, try it. It's the first thing that has ever cleaned that spotty shower door. If yours is plastic, it works just as well as glass. It's a miracle!
- 1.. Then try it on your stovetop... Voila! It's now shinier than it's ever been. You'll be amazed.
- 2.. Here are some of the uses:
- 3.. Protects silver from tarnishing.
- 4.. Removes road tar and grime from cars.
- 5.. Cleans and lubricates guitar strings.
- 6.. Gives floors that 'just-waxed' sheen without making it slippery.
- 7.. Keeps flies off cows.
- 8.. Restores and cleans chalkboards.
- 9.. Removes lipstick stains.
- 10.. Loosens stubborn zippers.
- 11.. Untangles jewelry chains.
- 12.. Removes stains from stainless steel sinks. Cleans the fronts of stainless steel appliances (have personally seen the employees of Lowes use it on their appliances in the store to keep them new looking)
- 13.. Removes dirt and grime from the barbecue grill.
- 14.. Keeps ceramic/terra cotta garden pots from oxidizing.
- 15.. Removes tomato stains from clothing
- 16.. Keeps glass shower doors free of water spots.
- 17.. Camouflages scratches in ceramic and marble floors.
- 18.. Keeps scissors working smoothly.

Cleaning Laptop Screens

Unlike the standard CRT monitors with Glass screens, you are not advised to clean an LCD Monitor by wiping it with a piece of dry lint-free cloth since the sensitive display is likely to get scratches from dust particles.
So how do you clean an LCD monitor screen without buying any of those expensive LCD Monitor Cleaner solutions or Monitor Wipes available in the market ? We look at some proper methods and precautions before you clean the monitor you can use this method to clean HDTVs, projection TVs and Plasma TVs as well.
Think of LCD Displays just like the soft and delicate skin of your newborn baby - Be very gentle and never put even the slightest pressure on the computer screen with your hand.
Second, you need to find a piece of soft cloth - old cotton handkerchiefs should be fine but don't try tissue papers, toilet rolls or even shower towels as the fabric will scratch your screen permanently as if done with sandpaper or utensil scrubbers
Either turn the monitor off or set the background to black and hide all the desktop icons and minimize the open windows. This will easily help you identify the dirty areas of the monitor.
To prepare the solution for cleaning LCD monitors, you will need deionized or distilled water and vinegar or iso-propyl alcohol (or vodka ) - Don't use tap water or mineral water as they could leave white marks on the screen because of the dissolved salts.
Dilute the vinegar or IPA with distilled water 1:1 and spray this liquid on the cloth. Never ever spray liquid directly onto the LCD screen. Moisten the cloth with this home made LCD cleaner and gently move the wet cloth in just one direction - from top to bottom.
Be sure that the LCD screen is dry before closing it or using the computer. Do not use any solutions that contain Acetone, ethyl alcohol, toluene, ethyl acid, ammonia, or methyl chloride. Never touch the LCD screen with your fingers as this can cause the pixels to burn out.

Thoughts unsaid.......: If I go away....
If I go away What would still remain of me? The ghost within your eyes? The whisper in your sighs? You see...Believe And I'm always there.
